USTRC makes no representation that materials on the site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Indemnification

The provisions of paragraphs on Disclaimer of Warranties, and Indemnification, are for the benefit of USTRC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third party information providers to the Service. Each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions directly against you on its own behalf.IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT ARBITRATION
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your participation in USTRC activities, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. You agree that by accepting this Agreement, you and Equine Network (EN) are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action. The following shall also apply in any arbitration proceeding:
- The arbitration shall be conducted in Albuquerque, New Mexico;
- Pre-arbitration discovery is generally more limited, and different from, the discovery allowed in court proceedings;
- The Arbitrator's award is not required to include factual findings or legal reasoning;
- This Agreement shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 1, et seq. ("FAA");
- The Arbitrator is entitled to grant any remedy that an administrative agency, court, or jury would be entitled to issue, except for those damages or limitations noted above; and
- Judgment on any arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Further, Equine Network, LLC, dba, United States Team Roping Championships has the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason it deems necessary, including but not limited to classification issues.
If signing for any minors under eighteen (18) years old, please list the names, ages, and relationship to you on this release.
